Refund & Cancellation Policy
Our policy on subscriptions, cancellations, and refunds.

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to paid subscriptions, add-ons, and recharges purchased on the IndiKisan platform (operated by Excelero Creative Web & Data Solutions Pvt. Ltd.). The IndiKisan Farmer portal is free for farmers; this policy concerns paid plans for dealers, distributors, and manufacturers.
1. Free Trial
New business accounts may begin with a free trial. No payment is collected during the trial, and you may stop using the service at any time before it ends without being charged.
2. Subscriptions
Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis through our payment partner (Razorpay). Because the service is delivered digitally and continuously, subscription fees are generally non-refundable once a billing period has begun, except as described below or where required by applicable law.
3. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by contacting support. Cancellation stops future renewals; your plan remains active until the end of the current paid period, after which it will not renew. We do not provide pro-rated refunds for the unused portion of a billing period unless required by law.
4. Eligible Refunds
A refund may be considered if you were charged in error (for example, a duplicate charge), if a payment was taken after a timely cancellation, or if the service was materially unavailable for an extended period due to a fault on our side. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
5. Add-ons & Recharges
One-time add-ons and prepaid recharges (such as messaging credits) are non-refundable once consumed. Unused balances are non-transferable and may expire as stated at the time of purchase.
6. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund or raise a billing concern, email billing@indikisan.com with your registered email, the transaction ID, and a brief description. We aim to respond within 3 business days.
